Brian O'Neill

This project involved the restoration of a derelict Victorian farmhouse and its conversion into a 4 star hotel. The accommodation is sensitively designed into a series of new courtyard buildings with the original house retaining its primary status overlooking the lake. The function room is contained within a conservatory designed as a traditional orangery. The hotel comprises 50 bedrooms and suites with a good variation of accommodation types accessed from both within the hotel and externally from the courtyard.
