No 40 Elgin Road is was in a semi-derelict state when we were appointed to oversee its restoration and conversion from office use back into residential use. The approach was informed by good conservation practice and many features were replicated to match the original Victorian features. The design also included several architectural interventions to insure the house could facilitate modern family living requirements. The restoration also included the garden area with the introduction of a pavilion in a contemporary style.
