Situated on a prominent corner site on Clontarf Road, Dublin, this property was both extended and refurbished extensively whilst retaining the existing character and enhancing all interior features. The previously dull entrance hall was extended into a double height space enabling natural light to flood the interior using 3 Velux roof lights. Other alterations included the introduction of bay windows to the living and master bedrooms. The sustainable design approach also improved the energy rating of the house significantly.
