Matroshka - Poster designed after returning home to Russia in 2006 and realizing I don't know where home is. The outline of the matroshka Russian doll is split in half. The top half symbolizes my Russian roots and the bottom half is my life in U.S. The branches twisting around the tree symbolize the feelings I had experienced at that time.
