FHA Loan
Federal Housing Administration (FHA) is a mortgage loan issued by Federal Govt. FHA is administrating many programs for the promotion of home proprietorship. It is bit different from the other administrators, as FHA allows people to buy a home starting small amount of down payment of just 3.5% of the purchase price initially which everybody can easily and happily manage to own their personal home whereas other loan programs have larger amount for down payment.
