As project manager, I worked with Pool Patrol stakeholders to create a content strategy that would help customers easily find answers to questions about the product and clearly identify the safety benefits of the alarms. I provided creative direction for choosing a Wordpress theme, customization of the theme, and product photography. I completed all new copy for the products and resources pages. I extracted FAQ and troubleshooting information from several print versions, as well as, added new updated information. I also edited images from PDF files to help with troubleshooting and created new graphics to visually represent how to solve product issues. Additionally, I developed an updated brochure and flyer available for dealers to download and distribute to customers, showcasing all of the benefits of Pool Patrol products.
