CLASSIC FILM PHOTOGRAPHY | *As seen in Graphis / How / Towers Perrin (Fortune 500) Annual report | Discovering letters in every day outdoor objects has been a hobby since 1998, which is one reason this Nikon FE2 film (not digital!) project differs from most photographic type studies. No shapes have been forced (e.g. open a pair of scissors et voila! an "X") nor cheated with Photoshop croppings. My collection (beyond these pictured letters) holds hundreds nabbed within natural environments. (Pre-dates Steven Heller & Gail Anderson’s “The Typographic Universe” by over a decade.)
