SAMPLE ROOM SET UP - Apartment project for sale from the same owner of THE COLOUR LIVING HOTEL. The room is sold unfurnished. The sample room is set up to give buyers ideas how to use and decorate the space. After finishing this room, it's sold as a furnished room requested by the buyer. Hence, they use the same concept and set up another room as a view sample. So I would say, it was a success :)
