1. The CAD file was converted into multiple section drawings
2. Material(plywood) was cut out based on the drawings.
3. Planes were glued together.
4. Top portion of the chair (seat) was carved out using a belt sander.
5. Legs were cut out and routed out of a solid oak.
6. seat was upholstered with 100% wool felt with an invisible zipper on the back.
7. Legs are dowel-jointed to the seat.
