Palencia Park is located in St Augustine Florida. This project was to replace an aging wooden pirate ship playground with a new recycled lumber playground.
The design features two battling sailing ships, one navy, the other pirate, with an island in the middle they are both attached (by crawl tunnel) to.
The site also features a treasure chest themed crawl tunnel, a sculpted octopus playhouse, a toddler pirate ship and a dolphin themed slide (I did not pick the color).
