Designing cleaning products influenced by life-hack trends:
Rola, Zach, and I audited social media to find popular life-hack trends. We also preformed personal audits of our own cleaning tricks. We compiled our personal research and then worked as a team to design possible products influenced by our research.
After sketching and brainstorming our favorite ideas, we centered our focus on redesigning the dust pan.
The goal was to design a dustpan that easily cleans up the smaller dirt, especially the line of dirt all dust pans leave behind.
We built models to test our design and modify details quickly.
