I was a skateboarder for years, I understand Industrial design and the manufacturing process, and I have a huge collection of NOS technical skate shoes from the 2000's. And I understand your design language. I believe a great design should be supportive and the form should reinforce the function. I like transparency in my concepts, literally and figuratively, and I like to incorporate transparency, metallics, venting and denims to fuse the rugged and natural, with the futuristic and technical.
