The idea here is to fill a hole that I discovered in the market for a bike rack that universally attaches to any bike, and can be quickly and easily moved from bike to bike, or removed when not needed. This allows the user to own one rack and be able to use it with multiple bikes depending on the type of ride, which eliminates the need for a dedicated "rack-specific" bike.
