This dispenser is taller than a traditional dispenser so I wanted the team to understand the ergonomic impacts of this height increase. This led to a patented lock feature "vortex lock" that guides the key into the key slot.
Two independent drive systems ensure that 100% of the towel is used. When one roll is used up the dispenser automatically transitions to the next roll.
Three units where created from this work. A 2 roll wall mounted unit, a 2 roll recessed unit, and a single roll "mini" version to be used in small spaces that can be filled with the same roll.
