Vivisimo-based vertical search engine for biodiversity resources
Served on the requirements gathering team and coordinated implementation of the UI for a public-facing vertical search engine with advanced features for results refinement. The search tool, called Raptor, was based on Vivisimo search engine with clustering, facets, and data visualization capabilities. Currently the tool is not available online as the NBII program was terminated.
