Analyzed user feedback and stakeholder requirements, conducted task analysis, cognitive walk-through and usability evaluation of the Classification Explorer Tool of the US National Vegetation Classification http://usnvc.org/explore-classification. Communicated the findings to the product owner and manager and provided actionable recommendations, illustrated by a prototype, which was used by development team during a redesign sprint.
