Dining Stories: Globalisation/Food/People - Dining Stories is a Master Thesis Project of Valeria Galassi and me. The aim of the project is to create food consumption consciousness by illustrating the 'cause and effect' of consumer behaviours through stories of people around the world in a form of 3-dimensional installation and a website.
