Recycled Materials Dress: - Mylar flares on the skirt are trimmed with 150 solar powered LED lights. Window screen mesh decorates the skirt, solar panels trim the hemline. The bodice is beaded with over 500 circuit board components, capacitors, copper coils, etc. Dress is made from surplus awning canvas.
Non-Traditional Dress - 300ft of window screen layered over colored tulle and mesh wrap around the dress to mimic solar flares of the sun. 150 solar powered LED lights are beaded into the red elements, exuding visual heat.
Sustainable Dress - 100% organic cotton sateen, pigment printed using zero water. Printed with images of UV scans of the sun. Hemcel (60% Hemp and 40% Tencel blend) used for details. Cut solar panels decorate neckline.
