My client wanted a unique take on the classic tea set. All elements – teapot, sugar bowl, and teacup – were to recombine classic forms in new ways within a truly modern design language while retaining exceptional functionality.
By inverting the form of the traditional teapot and setting it at an oblique angle, I created a design that expresses both innovation and forward motion. This tea set arguably surpasses many traditional designs for comfort and ease of use, resulting in a functional, minimalist, and futuristic aesthetic.
