Bayrampasa Urban Transformation fosuces creating minimum and
useful areas for users.
The project located in 17.100m² area. Project aims to create natural
and green texture in a city which is like a concrete city.
The project contains 203 flat, private - general terraces, stores, activity
hall, mini-library, fitness etc.
Bayrampasa project has 7 masses. 6 of the are for housing + trade. 7th mass is located in the middle and it’s for fitness, cafe and library.
Also there are children park, sport park and field in the area.
Total construction area is 25.215m². And serves for 368 person.
In the project a popular street is the focus point.
That street helps users access to the pick points
like metro stations, city center etc.
