Live Help for E-Commerce App

Our team was tasked with expanding the functionality of this leading electronics retailer's app to include live help from customer service agents. I helped redesign the structure of the user flow to bring essential, primary use-case decisions earlier in the process to save users time and allow them to clearly see what kind of help they would be getting. I also named the concept in a way that both expressed the key differentiator of the function and built trust in the level of service users would receive.
