Felted Coral Reef
Hand-felted coral reef sculpture from sheep's wool dyed with acid dyes. The coral reef displays signs of coral bleaching brought on by global warming; as ocean temperatures rise, crucial symbiotically related bacteria which lend the reefs their vibrant colors are killed, leaving the reefs with a "bleached" appearance.
