Originally patented for their proprietary design which provides extreme ease-of-use, greater stability, control and mostly COMFORT. They are in a permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution's Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum where they have been exhibited in various shows. They have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Food Arts Magazine, Chef Magazine, the Washington Post and numerous other publications. They have graced the tables of some of the finest restaurants in the country and used at luxury dining events including the DC International Special Events Society Annual Gala
