Pearl Valley Pro Shop - The design drew heavily on the Pearl Valley logo by incorporating the swirls into the layout and floor plan of the space. A more modern slick design aesthetics was chosen in order to break away from the previously conservative image of the estate and appeal to a more modern youth full market. Large interactive touch panels, suspended from the ceiling and plasma displays helped to create a rich and operational efficient environment for the sales staff.
Pearl Valley Golf Exhibit Stand - The main purpose of the stand was to attract potential property buyers with large display models of the Golf Estate, consultation areas for the sales staff and attractive visuals of the estate all while providing an open and inviting atmosphere for the patrons. The stand also had to display and sell Pearl Valley branded merchandise and golfing equipment that was also available at Pearl Valleys Pro Shop.
Soviet Jeans Store - Soviet approached HKLM to redevelop their flagship store in conjunction with a newly conceived marketing campaign. The new store needed to draw both on Soviets brand heritage as well as their new trajectory in the jeans wear market while remaining practical and approachable for both staff and shoppers. The final design drew heavily on the shabby chic design trend while incorporating elements of soviet Russia in the fittings and finishes.
SMUD lighting Exhibition - This project was started in 2008 in conjunction with Design Annex for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD). SMUD require a permanent exhibition to be built for showcasing the latest in lighting technology to SMUD’s customer base.
SMUD Lobby redesign - This project was started in 2008 in conjunction with Design Annex for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD). SMUD main lobby of the head office needed to be better signed and organized to better help customers navigate to, from and through the various exhibitions and service areas available to the public in the open lobby area.
SMUD LCD display stand - This project was started in 2009 in conjunction with Design Annex for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD). SMUD required a display stand solution to house and protect their investment in a state of the art 70" LCD television intended to be installed in the Main office lobby and used to inform the public about important SMUD information.
