I wrote for The French Culinary Institute for several years, which led to some other work in related fields, including Foodmatch (which supplies the antipasti bar items at Whole Foods and Publix), among other things. Being from South Florida originally, it was a big deal to me to be writing the shelftalkers and labels for all the Olive Bars at Publix. Plus, I got tons of free samples in order to write. I also wrote sell sheets for a wine distributor, but there were no free samples on those gigs. lol
But here are a few free samples from my work for those clients.
