After given a brief of the current service context, my team and I began the concept development processes. We explored the system individually but also conducted interviews, developed personas and a day in the life to gain a better understanding of the user's experience. After identifying the main problems within the context, we then began to brainstorm concept ideas. We focused on improving the perception of safety within users during their night journeys. My team and I improved the existing bike locations by adding lights, cameras, and and emergency alarm system. We also developed a website that allows users to know if bikes are available in their desired locations.
