Hawler Citadel is the oldest continuously inhabited settlment in the world, Historically, the Citadel was divided into 3 traditional quarter: Saray, Takya and Topkhana, The proposal hotel as shown in Siteplan located in Takya quarter that occupied the central and the northern part of citadel and so-called because it contained several takya (buildings utilized for religious rituals).
