The North Avenue Corridor Project was comissioned to rejuvenate an area of Baltimore that had been long in need of some tender care. The images seen here depict before and after concepts to enliven the community and spark interest in improving the blocks of vacant housing to create a vibrant thriving neighborhood once again.
