ME Senior Design Project
SolderBaat 'Pick and Place' soldering prototype - This prototype was developed by a group as part of the capstone ME senior design project at Notre Dame. The concept was developed with an in depth virtual model, which lead the way to over 80 parts CNCed in house. The prototype can autonomously pick a fuse from a holder, place it into a specific set of holes on a PCB, and solder the electrical connection in about one minute.
