Package Design: Sustainability
Packaging is a major contributor to municipal waste. This project challenged me to rethink every aspect of the life cycle of a package, including its materials, distribution, disposal, and the role of the consumer. The goal: to create a package and product that would be eco-friendly and sustainable, but accessible for the target audience. My solution is the fictitious brand, we.cozy, which uses an eco-friendly material called Lyocell, made from bamboo, to make soft, sustainable socks sold in compostable packaging.
