• Design brief was to design refrigerator for bottom of pyramid segment (first time buyers or bachelors). The new design should have aesthetically appealing and cost effective.
• The new design is very simple construction, sheet metal folds at edges and four corner caps give strength to design.
• The innovative design of handle has integration of horizontal and vertical position, which gives flexibility to user to open the door as per their convenient.
