A "Light' Frame

This idea came up to me when we worked on "light" projects at schools. We had to create a light source with a purpose and not just with a great design. So I came up with this idea... A Picture frame that turns into an emergency light surface when needed. The backside of the frame acts as a light source, once you turn it around it lights up automatically. It slowly charges up from solar panels located on the perimeters of the frame. Concealed with special semi-transparent tape.
