Residential Design
The design brief called out for a 2-story residence with a walk-out basement, and ample space for entertainment. The backyard opened to large expanse of wooded areas. Total area of the house is 8295 sq. ft. with much of the basement dedicated to entertainment, that opens out to a BBQ space, also accessible from ground floor deck. A free-standing fireplace serves as a pivot and reference point for all three floors, instead of up against a wall, it also serves as a conversation highlight. The interior renderings were made without additional furniture and furnishings to give a bare and intimate feel of the space, which was much appreciated by the client.
