11 Storied Office Building with central atrium across the Boat Basin. To optimize the potential of the site, the building is designed to open up to views of the boat basin area beyond by inserting a diagonal atrium that opens up from the 4th floor (of the department’s offices)to the 10th floor, while simultaneously bringing in daylight and natural ventilation into the core of the building.
