40 Storied Mixed Use Tower, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Design proposal for a 40 storey tower “Bin Aweida 40”, in the UAE, Comprising of 4 levels of basement parking, retail, offices, hotel with sun deck and swimming pool (including a women only swimming pool with integrated gym as required by local culture), single & 2-bed apartments, roof top restaurants and helipad. The site is 100’x100’ plot size. While the retail levels have been highlighted in a granite finish, the primary exterior cladding system is Alucobond composite green tinted & white reflective curtain wall.
