problem faced : Liberty Sport was in need of a new frame style to continue its Z8 youth collection. They wanted to design a frame for active teens that can be used at school and at recess, eliminating the need of two frames for those activities.
how and why the problem is solved : The frame has been designed to put up with shocks and drops. It is made of a double injection of plastic and rubber that allows the glasses to flex and bend in any circumstance. From a fashion point of view, this manufacturing process allows a dual color frame. It gives a sporty look to the kids.
