4. Washington D.C. Real Estate Magazine Cover 2014 – CMST 320 – Individual Work
This mockup magazine cover was showcased to deliver the latest news in Commercial Real Estate, the field in which I work. I used my work experience and industry knowledge to highlight events that would appeal to the audience, which are commercial tenants and brokers on the market. This was an enjoyable project as I don’t normally have the opportunity to design magazines and was a good way to diversify my skills. This cover illustrated my ability to use color, typeface, and size to arrange headlines in an appropriate hierarchy. This is important especially in magazine covers to maximize sales.
