3. OYA Restaurant 2014 – CMST320 – Individual Work

OYA is an actual upscale and trendy restaurant in downtown Washington D.C that specializes in Japanese cuisine. It was a beautiful restaurant for which it inspired me to design a home page. There was a contemporary feel to the atmosphere which was reflected in the design. There was use of white space, balanced contrast between black and white and high quality images used to create a simple yet enticing home page for the restaurant. The design speaks with striking imagery and minimal words, adding to the contemporary theme. This design is accurately represents my personal style and preference for its simplicity modern look.
