1. That Sinking Feeling 2014 – COMM493 – Individual Work
This 4-page magazine spread was a project completed for COMM493 in 2014. This project was a combination of showcasing communication skills as well as design skills. It tested my judgment of color, imagery, and placement to produce a unified 4-page spread. The spreads tell a story about how deforestation affects the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere as well as climate change. The chosen images create a visual for the story and set the mood for the reader. The piece demonstrates my ability to deliver a story through a magazine while maximizing use of space, effective use of color and imagery.
