The text / The typographers - The concept was to make the text easy to read thanks to a practical way to browse through the book. Words in the text which meaning are in the dictionary are point out with blue footnote numbers. Symbols: There are notes about the extracts quoted in the text. A blue symbol point out the extract.
The dictionary - Page extracted from the Dictionary of typographic slang. The dictionary is presented as a footnote to the text above. Words that need an explanation are point out from the body of the text with a number in cyan, linked to its definition in the dictionary.
