Inspired by the 17th century Roman gardens of the same name, Villa Borghese is Interfin's upcoming upscale residential development in the River Oaks district of Houston, Texas. It is a representation of traditional luxury and a refined classic.
In addition to the logo, I developed a stationery print package. The following is what was recently delivered to Interfin:

Proposed stationery print design concept for Belmont Village Senior Living.
Belmont Village, L.P. is a fully integrated developer, owner and operator of seniors housing marketed under the name Belmont Village Senior Living. The company is a privately held corporation headquartered in Houston, Texas, and provides independent living, assisted living, memory care services, and dementia care for elder residents.
Stationery concept 1 reflects the established environmental graphic standards by its warm aesthetic and the use of ovals.

Side A of the business card layout for concept 1 where the contact information is seen is a refined design based on the existing layout.
The use of miniature ovals in the pattern seen on stationery concept 2 is another take on the established environmental graphic standards.
The business card layout for concept 2 features an embossed letterpress border as a tactile feature.
Stationery concept 3 reflects the new graphic standards and it is based on the recently updated logo design and color scheme.
As part of the stationery set, the business card layout for concept 3 uses high contrast.
