LA Times

LA Times wanted to refresh their look in 2000 to communicate that their newspaper wasn't only the middle age demographic that traditionally read their papers but for all in the know, from the kindergartners to the teenage ravers to the south central gangs. I created a library of images for the LA Times that could scale from news box ads to billboard graphics covering the sides of buildings. This work was out in the LA market a year before Apple launched their now famous ads.
