The Hillview Estate Regeneration, London - The regeneration of a formerly run down area of tenements in the Kings Cross area of London. The tenants were a socially conscious and organised community, who engaged with us in a productive consultation process for the duration of the project, 1997-2000.

Jupiter House - Conversion of former EMI studios in Hayes to provide 54 flats and a 90 bed foyer by HTA Architects. Combines accommodation and work/training facilities for young people. I worked on the contractor's side of this design and build contract as an architectural assistant 1997-1998.
