Appeeling Solution Concept
"Apeeling Solution" is a concept which optimizes and simplifies the tedious task of peeling potatoes. It was designed to be a competition entry to this years "Bayer plastics" competition, which was targeted mainly towards designing for people suffering with impairments. So this concept was then developed to allow users with arm/hand impairments to peel potatoes easily whilst also an improvement on existing potato peelers, therefore appealing to a large market audience. This idea was inspired by my uncle who sadly lost his arm in his youth, and he said the is one of the most tedious household tasks he has to do.
