The goal of this assignment was to create a self portrait using Photoshop. The tools used to create this were the paintbrush, mixer brush, and dropper tools. My attitude was very positive whilst creating this artwork because I had to look past all my little mistakes and look at the composition as a whole. In my artwork the part of my personality that was shown was my ability to see the two extremes of any situation using complementary colors (as shown in my jacket being blue and the background being shades of orange. The portrait also captures my clothing style with the button down shirt, sweater, and jacket. The portrait also captures my adaptivity through the shoulder on the right because it was faded into a shadow. The last thing this portrait portrayed of me is my perseverance because I restarted a total of three times before I got my final results.
