I designed this promotional billboard for the holiday season.
Langtree did ad placements in numerous local and regional publications. Working with Greenspon Advertising, I approved, edited, and sometimes wrote, copy. I developed secondary graphics to complement the central image. In this particular ad I searched for and selected the image of the "maintenance" woman.
This ad targeted Langtree's appeal for the business community.
I adapted the logo for a variety of promotional items - private label water and wine, apparel, even license plates.
I designed numerous documents for internal use and for external agents. This office document includes floor plans and site schematics as well as rental pricing and leasing terms.
This document for prospective retailers gives a brief overview of the project and the area and cites population profiles and traffic data. Retail and office documents were color coded and date-stamped for quicker reference and updating. All documents were created in print and digital forms.
These are some of the logo variations and adaptations developed over the course of the project. "The Landings" is part of the first phase of development, a combination of first floor retail and high-end apartments above.

Langtree At The Lake is a mixed-use development, 300+ acre project incorporating residential and commercial development along Lake Norman in North Carolina. After being sidelined by the economic downturn the project is now proceeding under new management.
