Design Research Project Summary
Lead a team of architects and developers in coming up with a solution for replacing current desktop product. The project consisted of researching analytics tools, weekly recurring meetings with team, PM and execs, collaborating with third-party vendors, providing proof of concept prototypes, affinity diagrams, collecting data, and providing recommendations.
