The Last Laddoo - Story book illustration
This was our college assignment for third year of college. The assignment was to make illustration for a story. I picked Sudha Murthy's story for children 'The Last Laddoo'.
I picked the style of how children draw and use crayons. I wanted to incorporate the raw texture of crayons so I drew the illustration on paper and colored it with oil pastels. I then scanned it and added text to the images.
