Design Research: Improving Software Installation & Upgrades
The Installation Health Check project is an exploration of installing and upgrading software and time management. The Health Check software solution was developed using an iterative approach based on activity theory, personas, user story mapping, concept mapping, prototyping, agile development, feedback and user-centered design.
