The Peter Scherrer Group office design centers on the concept of reaching new heights with the company's modern-loft preference, while incorporating new innovation. Their mission "To be rooted in tradition..." is integrated into the design by incorporating memoirs and displaying them along with company pictures. Sage green and gunmetal gray, the company colors, are brought together with brown-red, dark gray, and a light wheat. Driven by the idea of communication and interaction, open work stations, informal conference rooms and moveable furniture allow employees to easily exchange ideas and collaborate. Architectural elements and the use of line draw the eye throughout the space, enhancing the visual part of the office, while subtly directing a person throughout the office. A balance between hard and soft design is another key idea. This is achieved by balancing the geometric layout of the spacious office with soft, warm colors and effective architectural features.
